Alright so I know theres alot of color pickers already, but none of them worked how I wanted it too, so I made one up really quick, it isnt coded that well.. but it works.
1: Click 'Select Color' and choose a color
2: Type your colors 'name' in the second box leave it blank if you want to skip using it
3: Select 'Add' and it will add it to the output list
