Right if you guys are all crashing then ive found a solution that will work and you should trust me about this as ive done it and I had the exact same problem as all of you 
Follow the 3 steps to fix your crashes on sa-mp
1. Go to your C Drive
2. Locate your GTA San Andreas User Files
3. Delete gta_sa.set
Yes I know that file is your settings, just trust me and delete it and the crashing will stop, if it carries on again just delete the file again. Good luck guys and remember to
