hi , i want to know how to play sounds like for Dead .... i would to download sound and Put it into the server

If it's like Gta:SA sounds, use PlayerSoundForPlayer
Else if its music n stuff, use the audio plugin.

Like already said, if u wanna play ur own/custom sounds you and all players that shall hear it on the server must install a sound plugin.

No, i want Add like killing Medals sound , for an example , i have whene a player kill an enmy it show "%s is on Hitman !
so i want a voice can say "Hitman".. how to do that?
