and when I load it in any server
it starts like re-connecting, so please help me.

I dont think your router is port forwarded type add this server join it tell me what happens

127.0.0.1:yourport

EDIT: If this works your ports havnt been forwarded been done properly

or post the last server start up log to see if it failed to load anything.

Make sure you portforward your server correctly.

If you have restarted your computer lately your ip might of changed (unless you have a static IP)

If you want a static IP call your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Maybe a Server_Log could be useful in this case.

Dude, you dont need my port since im not running it with my PC, Althought My friend which lives in chicago cant join, (The server is hosted there) In the server load log doesnt show any mistake.
Or not-loading, Everything loades.

EDIT2: There is nothing wrong with the server start up get your friend to try to launch the server on 127.0.0.7:hisport and then if he can join it he needs to port forward his server
