which functions and best use for the dialog text etc.? Embedding color, single-color text? and you can use the Colour Embedding in future releases of SA-MP?

I doubt that they will remove this feature... so I guess that you will be able to use it in future releases...
For a dialog text it doesn't really matter if you embed a color or not.. you can embed it like in other strings.. {hexcolorcode} just written in the normal text..
like:
ShowPlayerDialog(playerid, 123, DIALOG_STYLE_MSGBOX, "Example", "{FFFFFF}Hi {999999}What's {A03939}up", "Pfft", "tffP");
