hi,on server that i play i get 400+ping and my internet speed is 1mbps and upload 0.19mbps,if i upgrade my internet to
6mbps and upload 0.70mbps , will my ping be lower ?

Probably yes, when you choose an internet pack with more mbps, it will go down.

If it's a server-problem, it will not help. You can't say if it will work, it depends if it's really ur connection speed that makes the problem or the server which is located on the north pole.

With 0.19mbps upload speed it's most likely your connection that causes the high ping, your download speed should be enough but better download will probably help some aswell.

It should decrease your ping a bit. since you say you get 400+ Ping you might get with this upgrade 200 - 350 ?
