What's that? I noticed it today. I don't know anything about it, can you please explain me how it works and all the things to do?

People can reputate you, the star below your avatar. So once anyone clicks it, it's like, Your current reputation + His postcount stars. I guess it was made for the motivation to help others.

you can give reputation to posts which you like and which are good content to the forum by clicking on the symbol aside the report post symbol.
being registered longer/having more reps/having more posts = you five more reps per one time adding reps
