Whats the best program to use to make a website?

Simply, download wamp, install it.
Go to C:\wamp\www and create index.php.

Start writing code (HTML/PHP). To view site, go to browser and enter http://localhost/index.php

Notepad is all you need. Search for HTML tutorials, it's very easy.

It's all so simple but those free websites make it look complicated and useless.

Wih everyday programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, you can design almost ANYTHING you can come up with. But then comes the coding part, but if your website is simple you could put simple HTML codes etc.

Second option - most favorite, is Dreamweaver, any version. You can work in HTML or Design view, and you can create a great website with pretty much no scripting knowledge. I made a site like that in a few days when I first started learning. Now, it would take me a few hours and it's all so simple.

If you don't have the money from Dreamweaver (there's always...that..option) you can get CoffeCup.

Basically learn HTML and CSS. Then you can design your own website without weebly. Its pretty easy. There are millions of tuts on the internet.

Use Dreamweaver, and you'll find it easy to code HTML, when you get the hang of it, you can simply use notepad for it. It's not that hard when you use Dreamweaver.

Get yourself some free hosting, and maby a free domain name/subdomain (don't use .tk url forwarding) then do as above!
