Whenever I double click the icon, it says "Cannot find 800x600x32 video move. Please help!

Try to unistall Gta Sa and Sa-mp and then install again.. Or you can try :Go to user> My documents > GTA San Andreas User Files> And delete gta_sa.set (Make a backup on it if it won't work...
