I can start my server and:
Yes according to http://typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/ Its ONLINE
Yes according to http://typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/ Its ON The Internet List.

BUT...
when i connect to my server via my public ip (98.94.24.240:7777)
It constantly says server not responding. retrying... ect. is it because the server is ON this computer?

Or is it because of my internet?
Or somthing else?

Dose your server launch fine, and can you run it using the default gamemode? (LVDM/grandlarc)

Tested With LVDM Moneygrub (comes with the samp download)

It's your client problem, the server works for me.

EDIT: Try connecting via 127.0.0.1. (loopback address)

If it's hosted on your home computer, then no, it won't show up - try entering that address into your browser and you'll most likely see your router.

I Knew I Could Connect Through LocalHost... I Guess U Cant Connect To Your Own IP, lol.
But Still You Solved It!
