Sounds like Our rights are being restricted further, if this happens it just means that what we do on the internet can be tracked back to us for lets say..... uploading a ******* video with music on it then having us sent to jail and fined what $100,000?? ... Hmm

I'm not a US citizen, but Steam has this option to upload pictures made ingame.
If you bought the game legally, why not post images from your gaming experience ? That's free advertising for game developers.

Not fair at all...

Like Seriously in germany we already got problems with music groups and stuff that we can't watch on *******,
but this just is rediculous....(though I wonder how it affects other countries uploads[the bill])

That's like banning free advertisements for your stuff(atleast the gamesection)
and for the music industries, I understand thatone somehow but that they want to strictly don't want ANY use of their music NOT EVEN KARAOKE?(like wtf thats riciculous)

If that goes into law there will be a whole lot of trouble...

It's time for people like you to listen to the entire video.
The uploading of gaming videos would become illegal because of the way the law is worded.
It is NOT aimed to hurt those people who upload videogame reviews, let's plays or whatever. it is aimed to make the uploading of copyrighted material ona free streaming site a federal offence.
They mostly do this because of the huge ammount of episodes of w/e random serie that appears on *******.
The companies that make those series lose money when it's being hosted on *******.

...that bill threatens to take away our ability to upload video game footage all over "let's plays", all over our reviews, things like that. They want to make it a felony.

Who cares about TV series ? This is a gaming forum.
Video games industry biggest enemy is torrent sites, not ******* or ****** Images.

Have you even read what I've said?

Thei intention was to make the uploading of copyrighted material a federal offence.
The fact that the uploading of gameplay footage, let's plays, reviews and what not will also become an offence is a side effect of the way the above is worded.

It was NOT their intention to forbid these things.
