Just dont upload your server to any file hosts, and dont share it and you should be ok.
If it does happen, i really dont think anything can be done.

well just contact the samp admins and prove to them that you own the gamemode (dont ask me how to prove). They will take the right judgement.

In what way could your GM be copied from you? e.g host stealing it, any co-owners?
