is thare such thing a command to park a regular car that dosent have like vehicle system like ppl buy cars and such
becuse i got a stunt server and some cars are in the way and if i can get a command to repark them without a vehicle system i hope i explained enough

No, i do not get you. /park is used for just used for Vehicle systems.

As Magazinez said, use AddStaticVehicleEx, Just go in game and type /save then go to MyDocuments>GTA San Andreas User Files>SAMP>savedpositions.txt then change the AddStaticVehicle to AddStaticVehicleEx and add a respawn time. Sounds hard O_O
