Objects. I don't know what exactly, but the 0xC0000005 one always has to do something with objects.

An invalid object id then I guess. Youll have to check all the object model ids you added, or remove parts of them and retest.

But they're working for everyone else, and in fact at the time it happened (originally) I was on a blank server, just a couple of commands.
+ I have not made any modification to San Andreas, still a clean install. Also, I have not added any objects recently and the entire server has worked perfectly normal up until now.
Also, it was happening every 5 minutes, it's not stopped, as in not happening at all.

Players dont understand opcodes. Kalcor createdwhole system alone. Only he is able to read them.
Also, as far as Ive heard theire developing new update to samp, removing This Bug. I happens to everyone

Remove car mod I would say, like if you put some car mod who doesnt support for ex spoiler, but original does, you may get such warnings
