Hello, I was wondering, I can do /save and then upload the code to my GM to save the cars. Can I mod them, like Sultan in arch and save them to GM and the mod will stay on them?

You can save the mods in other files but i guess you can't in GM. Correct me if i am wrong.

No, you can't save the mods to GM, but you can create some .ini files attached to the vehicles.
Also you'll need to create a dialog or cmd, that tunes the vehicle and then saves the mods to .ini file.
