Try to reinstall Your current SA-MP version.. If doesn't work, reinstal GTA: SA then.
This may help.

@HosCun, she (acording to Tenshi's avatar on her page) said, that she has found the dir of that smart files, but they're empty.
Returning to thread, you've to ask the SAMP support for this. I can help you with scripting, but not with this, really I am sorry.

I have had some strange glitch on win7 - duplicate GTA San Andreas Userfiles folders, with the exact same capitalizing and spelling, only the content where different

Maybe you need to run gta_sa.exe as an admin - it helped me getting all files into the same folder, when i didn't screenshots ended up in the first one, gta_sa.set in both folders, chatlog and other files in the 2nd folder

If anyone want's a proof that the glitch i spotted actually does exist, i can reply here with a link later

Yea, I have that bug too. But I don't have any particular problem with it, as long as I go into the first folder that appears. I'm not running SA-MP in admin mode or compatibility mode and it works just fine.

Windows 7's File Permissions suck. Try running SA-Mp and GTA SA as admin.
