Ive downloaded the windows server thingy on sa-mp.com/downloads to get the files to make my own server but....my computer wont open the dedicated folder as named as samp-server to be able to run the server..... do you know how i can fix this or anything else to download to replace that? and why wont it open it?

Check your server log, and see what it says.
If your not sure what it means, reply to this.

i changed the Rcon password already whats the server password though?

server password is where you lock your server to public.
leave it blank unless you don't want anyone getting in your server.

yeah but how do i open the dedicated folder to be able to run the server thats what im asking ive changed the rcon pass now what? it still wont open!?
