Well uhm, did you compile you're gamemode? did you put the correct name at the gamemode0 line?

Don't you see the problem yourself?
Open the game mode you want to load, and compile it, and make sure there are no errors and that it compiles fine.. Then go to server.cfg and put the name of the gamemode behind 'gamemode0'
