They're all in Los Santos, 1st one is the Train Station, 2nd is next to the airport.

You really shouldn't be using that mod, but the first place is Unity Station in Los Santos and the second is the 'freight warehouse,' (in Los Santos, too) in single player you infiltrate it and kill the guards and then eliminate a particular target - while they're trying to move stock around their warehouse.
