Hi everyone! i made an account so i could share my experience with everyone its not a question so i don't expect replys. but if one runs ip block software like peerblock or peerguardian moblock or whatever hop over to iblocklist.com and add microsoft as block and anything else as allow. then start samp. (i would not try this on a low spec rig it may crash). So what has microsoft got to do with samp.
