I was just wondering. Can someone give me insight to whether or not it's synced and doesn't bug up other players?

I don't think this is synced, as I've played on UIF and anonymously my view turned green, like the night vision. :3

The way SA-MP interprets single player goggles, is why it shows for everyone. As I am aware, it happens to ANY GTA SA (Yes, even MTA).
