Ok well i ahve recently started a new GM and to be honest it aint going to well :P
What i'm offering isn't a job to script the whole GM just some major parts and of course i will pay, but the price is really up to you. (as long as it isn't to outrageous)
Here is the stuff i need done,
1 ~ When the player loads up the server they can register/log in. If they have a previous account it will save the players skin, cash, position ect.
2 ~ An admin system. R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5.
3 ~ houses which players can buy and sell. They can also store cash and weapons in it. Admins can also create houses in game, move them around in game and set the prices in game
4 ~ Groups. LSPD, Government ect.
I personally don't want to use filterscripts. But anyone who helps will of course be in the credits and if the server goes public, the highest ranked admin straight away. Also they don't have to do everything!
