am trying to make a Text under the map, how do i know where am putting it?

Use one of the many textdraw editors that can be found in the filterscript section.

i have this but i do not know how to implement it into my gamemode.

Thats just for creating the textdraws which are saved to a file, then you put them into your gamemode.

Script files i think. You have to use the Export function first.
