I seen this (below) a couple of times in servers and I was hoping to see if any of you guys know how to do it. I've been trying to find it through the "search" and wiki.sa-mp.com but I have found no results yet. If you know how to do it or know where I can find a tutorial, let me know.

Alright, so let's say we want to send a client message to the player(s), this will show.
