I dont know if it is on the right place, but I want to add custom stuff on my server, I searched and I found that you cant with vehicles, but yes with skins and objects, can you give me a example for skins, and one for objects ?

You cant. Altough SA-MP 0.3c offers you custom objects, you can map them using a map editor, but you cant add your own objects into the game, only those who are added in the SAMP.img
