Yes hosting is included in bandwidth.
100KBPS is not bandwidth.. It's the speed that your internet is running at.
If that is the maxium you are getting and no-one else can access the internet or it is slow then you are causing it.

100KBPS is really dinosaur compared to modern times. Most people now have about 4MBPS(4000KPBS) minimum, and that's just over here in the US, in other countries, it's even faster. I personally have 16MBPS.

100KBPS refers to your internet speed, not your bandwidth, but your max bandwidth in a month is 30GB (bytes, not bit - note the difference).
Yes, bandwidth is included in hosting, it would be rather difficult to measure it anyways, it would probably use more CPU to track the packets and organize them then to run the actual server process.

KBPS is not bandwidth, but connection speed. And I think you mean Kbps and not KBPS as speed is rarely
measured in KiloByte per second, but often Kilobit per second. (Big B = byte, small b = bit).
For example, 100MB of data sent/received is bandwith.
But yes, It's going to use both bandwidth and connection speed.
