I seem to be getting ping's of upto 200 on Local host running anything encluding Grand Larceny. This is 0.3 C am I the only one with these Issues or not.?

Any ideas how to fix this..

ive noticed ping spikes every 5 seconds no matter what GM. (local host) and ping around 200. not sure why didn't do this for 0.3b

Ping: 1-10 with my gamemode on localhost..

Make sure you turn off any torrent/ed2k clients.
By turn off I mean turn off, not to stop the downloads/uploads.
