hello i have an huge problem i can tell you i'm using internet with taskmanager because my desktop and winexplorer dont load anybody pls help!

At first try Task manager: -> New Task -> explorer.exe and see if it loads.

Try to run explorer.exe as new task.
Does it load up like this after every restart? Try safe mode then (for xp you could load it when you hold F8 on startup)

omfg i tried that already but this is no time for jokes! i got some importand/secret datas on that pc! and now i cant do crap any more and also the internet isnt working anymore i typed this message on laptop
