how do you get admin on a server hosted server also how do you change the maps, this means i only have the only gui withouth command just ban and kick.

You probably searched 1 time.
And those posts are stickied to so it shouldnt be hard to find.

Anyway, add an admin system or add base.pwn then login to rcon, or whatever the system wants you to do.

You can login to RCON using /rcon login [password] or If you got installed any register/login system you can register your account and search for it in scriptfiles using filemanager or FTP and change your account level there.
