i portforward and use t portforward checker but when i go on typefish tht connection thign it say server on internet list how to make sure tht it online my server ip 192.198.1.100:7777

I think that's your internal IP, use your external IP, use whatsmyip.com
And btw, I think Internet servers are purchased from hosters.
Hosted can be purchased by the Game-MP, serverFFS or something. Game-MP is relatively cheap, ServerFFS are relatively expensive.

ok i see my internal ip i use linkeys but now my ip in command prompt is now 192.198.1.100 and when i go on linkey page to port forward it have the 192 ip not the 65. internal ip

Because if you try to connct with your external IP, you'll just end up looping your connection, and it may crash.
If you port forwarded your own server ALWAYS USE YOUR INTERNAL IP. NO ONE CAN ACCESS IT EXCEPT FOR YOUR OWN COMPUTER.

Jeez, give them your external IP which you got from whatismyip.com and they will be able to connect to your server, remember to use 'sa-mp server.exe' to start your server.
