Everytime i join a game and the death box it shows smiley faces sometimes skulls and skeletons on wheelchair

how do i fix please help

You are missing the font gtaweap3.ttf, download it (e.g. here http://www.mediafire.com/?edd34wznl8oik27) and put in C:/Windows/Fonts manually.
