is there suppose to be a capital "W"?
Also try putting .dll at the end and see if tat helps. I know that on Windows you do not need the .dll but I do and it works fine.

The plugin you've downloaded is damaged or corrupted. Did you try editing it or something? Or messed something around in it?
If so, get it back to normal (aka. re-download) and it should work.
