For people who want to know the reason,

The Police SUV was let into the filming area (Pass through it) because of an emergency call, however they were not told of on-going filming thus resulting in the crash.

That was a pretty bad crash though, I sure hope the guy in the bumble bee is alright. I wonder how that call turned out.
