GetVehicleRotationQuat for car rotation

Hi!
If I understood right then GetVehicleRotationQuat can be used to determine if car is upside down.
So I can assume that it can be used for determining the cars rotation (other then Z axis).
For example, if the car is on 2 wheels, if the car is on 2 side wheels etc.
I think I saw a script for this back when 0.3b was in RC, but now the topic seems to be deleted.
I want to use these angles to correct the SetVehicleVelocity for upward direction.
Can anyone help?
