How i can make one server to be on 0.3a and 0.3b

Simply update the server files (samp-server.exe (or samp03svr depending on your OS) and the other executable files). Once you've done that, download the PAWNO includes for 0.3b and replace your current includes with the 0.3b includes, then compile your script again -> upload, and all is done.
