I have problems installing 0.3b R3 it says: |

I have :
Retry it (60-70 times)
Re-downloaded it(link below)
Ignored it once and noticed the old sa-mp 0.3a was there..
Tried both links,
Please help

I know whats wrong. I got this error when i got samp opened.(also if you can't see that it would be open.. then press crtl + alt + delete. Then try to find "samp.exe" click it and end it."
So close samp/gta san andreas and try again. and then press ignore.
Also you can try to restart computer and then install samp 0.3b R3 don't open any other programs...
After it's installed, you can start samp and play.
