i know i'm an idiot, but what password am i supposed to use when i want to spawn? i says i need to register and i don't know where to do that

Press SHIFT.
It depends on the server. Shift is the most common key to spawn.
Press F1 for more SAMP keys.
press shift,or use mouse and /register password /login password
