I spent around 2-3 hours on this as I'm not very good in Photoshop. Oh and also it's my first attempt.

5/5 Clean nice surface, very well organize!You can try using strokes and give the boxes some stroke

I may slice this and release it, we will see I'm not the best in Dreamweaver and slicing in Photoshop :<

I like them both (especially the sa-mp one) but I wouldn't use them :S (mostly the first one)
