This is how to create a IRC channel. Im using mIRC client

omg my man you want to learn how to create a IRC channel?
Just join in the irc like irc.sa-mp.com 

Then on the bellow line type /join #channel

(remove channel put your name what you want to be the name of the channel)

If your nick is not registred you need to register it with command /ns register password email

(put your password and mail)

Then type /cs register #channel desc

(remove #channel put your channel Example: /cs register #visual best channel)
(desc = description you can put everything there like website for channel or some comment)
