[Maxips2]

Well I wanna try to use MySQL instead of dini..
I tried to follow this tutorial: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=129183
And when I click on phpMyAdmin it shows me a blank page.

Is there any other way besides wampserver?
