Q1: ok so some people say get your ip from whatismyip.org and some say get it from whatismyip.com. they give different ip addresses. which one gives the correct ip. 
Q2: I managed to open ports and i used my brothers computer to check my server i put in the ip which i got from the mentioned websites above and copied them with my port. It says retrieving info. I used portforward.com and followed the steps and ended up with th ip 192.168.x.xxx i put that in with my port and the server appeared. But when i read advertising rules in this forum they said not to advertise ip as 192.168.x.xxx. Pls help i want my server online asap.
