Me and a friend are making a new GM with 4 "gangs" how can i make so team 1 only see team 1 and team 2 only team 2 etc? is it even possible?

Yes, it's possible. I have done it in my Mini-Missions server. Defenders see only defenders and attackers see only attackers in mini map.
