Hello i am using Raven's Roleplay Gamemode and it got a nice tutorial. You have to drive to this tutorial by your own car so i decided to add a car near the Spwan point that when you Press TAB button The TAXI CAB [NPC] will take you do this tutorial and i would like that the NPC Starts talking example Type /tutorial to start the tutorial ecc.. can any one tell me how to do an NPC driving i would like to learn =]

Dude all i need is a link where i find NPC's because when i search for NPC's he wont find a single post not even mine...
