We can't upload gta_sa.exe for you, Please reinstall San Andreas and also try using "single player", If it doesn't work than yes reinstall San Andreas.

Okay but I've reinstalled Gta like 2 times, and if i dont apply crack it says NO CD and I can't play SP or MP.
PS. the crack is the gta_sa.exe so if i could get anotehr one from someone that works.

We are not allowed to even talk about "cracks" here, Neither give them out I am sorry but you should find somewhere else to talk about this kinda stuff we can't help you here with this, If your single player doesn't work than SA-MP wont work till than my suggestion from that error is make sure the Compatibility is set for Windows 2000, Try finding more about this error on ****** its a pretty easy fix.
