I'm running SA-MP on a bad laptop but it ran fine then I put the resolution on 1024x768 and it wont let me even run the game anymore, can someone tell me how to change the resolution from not being IG

yes i had the same problem when i setted up my new monitor..
You need to get a remote connection from someone.. (Someone need to change settings using Remote Connecion(Teamviewer))

Just delete gta_sa.set from your user files folder. It will reset the resolution to default 800x600 or something.
It will also reset controls, but you'll have to live with that.
