Hello there, i am searching for a good web master that can edit out a good template. Right now we have a horrible template that doesnt fit our forum at all.

By template i mean the outside bit, and also our forum part is messed up you have to scroll to the sides and god knows what more,.
we use phpbb and joomla 1.5 i think
also we need a good template that fits with gta, and maybe even a better forum page.
