Here are some ideas anyways:
1) Finding players (hide them on the map)
2) Placing bounty on some random player and all the players go after him and the one who kills him first get's some prize.
3) A race
4) A deathmatch in a small and enclosed place putting all players in there.
Well, there maybe some more. Cheers.
