If you want to make a player rcon without telling him the rcon pass, then make a admin system that sets you rcon insted of mod. admin and that. when you do /gmx Sendrconcommand("gmx");

@Niixie: There isn't anything to force a player to be set RCON admin, other then logging in by himself.

By that i mean, make a admin system. Add a rank like moderater, just call it rcon. Add commands like /gmx. If you do it that way, you dont need the player to be logged in as normal rcon, but your special made one...
