If it's not an FS, good luck mate ^^.

I'd say, look at other scripts (SeifAdmin, Ladmin, etc.) and try to copy it into your GM.

There is no Register system which is released as a GameMode
Make your own using THIS

This gave me an idea. I might actually release a blanco script with just a simple registration system in it as a gamemode, so you can easily use it for further usage
