Im Laging... Alot in-game my computer specs are

And A Nividia Geforce 6500

- Unistall all the unecessary mods
- Turn AA off
- Generally Low your settings to gain more ram..and run smoother..
or just close all the unecessary background programms..

The thing is i look at my resource monitor it says im using like around 40% of my cpu and 1gb of ram with gta sa (NO MODS>...) so wtf? but i mean i do have alot of tabs open on firefox but still even when i close em.... for

u can use Game Boster it will reallty speed up

My Computer does this to I usually just close my programs I am not using at that time.

Your CPU seems very weak! Do a cleanup, and the most important, close most programs while playing.
